ASEUniversity Refund Policy


What Can I Return?

You may request a return for any online ASE product purchased directly from ASEUniversity.org within 48 calendar hours of purchase.You CANNOT return products that offer CME if you have already claimed your CME.

To request a return from either MarketPlace or ASEUniversity, please contact store@asecho.org

How Do I Return a Product?

Simply email store@asecho.org and describe in detail the reason for your request for refund. A copy of you receipt can be found by logging in to your ASEUniversity account and clicking the "My Orders" tab found under "My Account".

Refunds cannot be made for full-priced purchases made prior to the start of your ASE membership or erroneously made through a non-membership account.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Your refund will be initiated the moment the ASE representative has approved your request. Please allow 3-5 business days to see the refund reflected onto your credit card.


Live Webinar Policy

Please be sure to test your system prior to the live webinar to resolve any technical difficulties as a result from a non-compatible browser or other non-capability issues. You may test your computer under "Your Live Webinars" found under "Your Account".

Refunds will not be made for unattended live webinar events. A complimentary archive (non-CME) will be provided to those unable to attend about 4 weeks following the Webinar.

Should technical difficulties occur during the live event that originate from the host system and prohibit viewing, refunds will be issued provided that a request is received in writing to clafuria@asecho.org within three (3) business days of the Webinar.


All other requests for refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis by sending an e-mail to clafuria@asecho.org and should be made within three (3) business days of purchase.
