Description: Congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries, or CC-TGA, is a rare form of congenital heart disease comprised of both atrioventricular and ventriculoarterial discordance. Recognition of the echocardiographic findings, pathophysiology, and surgical management is crucial for sonographers and physicians caring for children and adults with congenital heart disease. In this module, the learner will hear talks from Stephen Sanders, MD, Owen Miller, MD, FRACP, Brian Kogon, MD, and Timothy Slesnick, MD, FASE on the anatomy, surgical management, pre- and post-operative imaging.
