Description: Pulmonary atresia with an intact ventricular septum (PA/IVS) is a rare form of cyanotic congenital heart disease with a spectrum of right ventricular development, such that some children will require single ventricle palliations while others achieve a biventricular repair. Recognition of the echocardiographic findings, pathophysiology, and surgical management is crucial for sonographers and physicians caring for children and adults with congenital heart disease. In this module, the learner will hear talks from Stephen Sanders, MD, Gary Satou, MD, FASE, and John Kovalchin, MD, FASE on the anatomy, surgical management, pre- and post-operative imaging,
